Drowning is a serious risk that every parent and caregiver should be knowledgeable about.
There are several steps that parents and caregivers can take to mitigate the risk of a pool drowning. Finally, pool water alarms and a proper fence around the pool (as opposed to just one fence that does not separate off areas where children play) should be installed.
