A two-legged dog named Faith is bringing some cheer to disabled veterans this holiday season. The seven-year-old canine, whose birthday coincidentally falls around this time of year, was born with useless front limbs. Adopted by a 17-year-old Army specialist and his mother, Faith is helping to spread an inspiring message of courage and hope.
This amazing dog walks using only her hind legs. Her visits have been such an encouragement to wounded soldiers that she has been named an honorary sergeant. Faith‘s story of determination and defying the odds should serve as a reminder that no challenge is too great to overcome.
Of course, Faith didn’t do it all on her own. Her loving adopted family provided the support necessary for her to thrive. This should serve as a reminder to all of us that a little help can go a long way toward achieving amazing results.
