Michigan Senator, Gretchen Whitmer, made compelling comments today on the Wyeth v. Levine ruling. The Levine ruling was a great success for consumers in 49 states, but not for consumers in Michigan. Senator Whitmer has been fighting against Republican Majority Leader Mike Bishop and Senator Wayne Kuipers for their decision to stand behind phamaceutical companies and against consumers for years. I urge you to listen to Senator Whitmer’s speech and contact your local representatives and senators. It is time for a change in Michigan.
