Child Safety: Pacifiers and Cribs Recalled

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced the recall of forty-thousand Zoo Pacifiers manufactured by Healthtex. It has been determined that the pacifiers are unsafe for use because the nipple easily detaches from the base creating a choking hazard. If you have purchased a Zoo Pacifier immediately discontinue use and call Healthtex at (866)348-5080.

Additionally, if you have purchased a Simplicity Travel Tender Play Yard with the model numbers 5500DRM, 5500WDS, 5500FEL, 5501FEL, 5502MON, 5520PRO, 5550HAN, 5700MAN or 5750MIR, discontinue use and contact the manufacturer. The rails on the play yard can collapse unexpectedly and injure a child.
