The Food and Drug Administration has issued a warning to consumers about the weight loss pill Hydroxycut. The manufacturer of Hydroxycut, Iovate Health Sciences, has agreed to pull the product from the shelves after the FDA received 23 reports involving serious liver injuries. If you use any of the below mentioned products, discontinue use and return the product to the place of purchase.

The pill has been tied to serious health problems such as death, liver transplant surgeries, seizures, cardiovascular disorders and rhabdomyolysis. Symptoms of liver disorders include jaundice, brown urine, nausea, vomiting, light colored stools, excessive fatigue, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, itching and loss of appetite. Be sure to seek medical attention immediately if you notice any combination of these symptoms.
