A 20-year-old Detroit man has been detained by police for allegedly driving 80mph down a service road next to I-94, running a red light, and killing another man. The accident occurred around 1:30 this morning. The 20-year-old suspect was headed east on the I-94 service drive when he hit the other man’s vehicle which was traveling south on Chalmers Road.
