Ms. Roth, a former software developer for Microsoft, suffered a broken neck and spinal injuries when she was hit by a truck owned by Division 1 All Service, a wrecking and demolition company. The company’s driver, Roman Pantoja, admitted he was at fault when he ran a red light which caused the accident.
